Dear Sirs,
We are based in Europe and are looking for a company in China who are capable of CNC machining/turning four (4) small and different precision parts in Stainless Steel.
These parts are small precision pieces.
A. Please find attached four (4) 3D IGS files showing all the details of the required parts:

- *****- Shim Washer, Stainless Steel 304
- *****- Socket Nest, Stainless Steel 303
- *****- DeadLock Pin-offset 01, Stainless Steel 304
Also, we are attaching a ‘Tiff image’ titled ‘Images of the 4 required parts’ showing the four parts and how part 2 must fit into part 1.
B. If your company is able to produce these parts and your quotation is acceptable we can supply further 3D files, STP, and full 2D drawings.
We must, again, stressed that these parts need to be precision machined parts.
C. We would require all four (4) parts in equal quantities. i.e. For us one (1) Unit would is made up of, consist of, the four (4) parts that we have list above and are asking for a quotation on. Therefore, we would like an initial quotation as follows:
- 150 Units
- 250 Units
- 500 Units
- 1000 Units
This would be on going month per month once in production and hopefully will increase in numbers.
D. Before committing ourselves we would require four (4) samples of each part for evaluation purposes.
E. If everything is acceptable i.e.:
- Your company is able to produce these parts.
- Your quotation is acceptable.
we would then require your company to agree to signing a standard ‘Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement’ and which we can send, in Chinese, if this is acceptable to you. The reason we require this agreement is because these pieces are part of a product protected by patents and copyright pending.
We will then supply you with details of our product and company etc.
Finally, we would greatly appreciate an early reply as we would like to proceed quickly.

I need a 4 inch long by a 1/2 inch in diameter hexagon bar drilled out in the center through to 6 mm from end of bar.
Recreating a steam train effect my using micro wire battery & a switch where when a small amount of water is poured down the funnel will create vapor ie steam. The steam train model will cease if cannot get this done.
